Terms of use

buyTexian is operated by Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc., a Texas corporation based in Nederland, Texas ("we" and "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

A listing is for a for-profit business with a Texas address whose owner has taken the Declaration. Nonprofits, churches, clubs, political groups, and government offices are not eligible. The full rules are on the listing rules page. We review every new listing, every change to a live listing, and every offer before it shows.

Businesses listed on business.tnm.me before the move to buyTexian keep a free listing if they meet these rules. To manage one of those listings, the owner signs in with the email on file and must have taken the Declaration.

A free listing has a profile, appears in search and on the map, and can run one offer at a time. The photo gallery, video, unlimited offers, and top placement are part of Featured and the other paid placements.

You are responsible for what your listing says, including your name, description, contact details, logo, photos, video, and offers. Everything you submit must be accurate, must belong to you or be yours to use, and must not break the law.

You give us permission to show what you submit on buyTexian and in our own promotion of the directory. You can change your listing from your account at any time, and you can ask us to remove it.

We may tidy formatting (phone numbers, addresses, and web links are stored in one standard form), decline or remove a listing or offer that breaks these terms or the listing rules, and remove a listing whose owner no longer meets them.

An offer is a promise from the business to the customer. The business sets its terms and honors them. We are not a party to any sale. Some offers are shown only to Declared Texians, who confirm their status through TEXIAN.

Featured, Founding Featured, Category Sponsor, and the Spotlight Bundle are yearly subscriptions billed in advance by Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc. through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay. Each subscription renews automatically every year at the same price until you cancel.

You can update your card or cancel at any time from your listing page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the year you paid for, and the listing keeps its placement until then. We do not refund part of a year, except where the law requires it or where we end the service ourselves, in which case we refund the unused part.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will try again. If it still does not go through, the subscription ends and the listing returns to a free listing.

Founding Featured is offered to the first 100 businesses. The founding price holds for as long as the subscription renews without a break. If it ends, the founding price is gone, and a new subscription is at the current Featured price.

A Category Sponsor is the only sponsor for its category in its region while its subscription is active. The Spotlight Bundle includes one profile in the Texian Partisan, labeled as sponsored, and one mention in the Texian Brief. We schedule both with you and keep final say over what runs, under the same editorial standards as our other sponsored content.

Partner placements for businesses outside Texas are sold and invoiced separately, under the terms of each agreement.

If we remove a listing for breaking these terms or the listing rules, any paid placement on it ends without a refund.

Prices do not include sales tax, and we do not collect sales tax on paid placements today, because they are advertising shown on a site we own, which Texas does not tax. If that changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Featured, sponsor, Spotlight, and Partner placements are paid and are labeled on the site.

A listing tells you a business meets the listing rules. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of its work or prices by us, by the Texas Nationalist Movement, or by TEXIAN. Do your own homework before you hire or buy.

Do not scrape the directory in bulk, use it to send unsolicited messages, try to get into accounts that are not yours, or interfere with how the site runs. We may suspend an account that does.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, from a listing or offer, or from dealings between you and a business. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and we email paying customers about any change to billing before it applies to them.

Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Jefferson County, Texas.
