buyTexian is operated by Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc., a Texas corporation. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

A listing is public: the business name, description, category, city, logo, photos, video, offers, and the contact details the owner chooses to show. For a home-based business we show only the city, place the map pin at the center of the ZIP code, and do not store the street address.

The owner's own name, email, and phone are used to manage the listing and to reach the owner. We do not publish them.

To sign in, you give us an email address, and we send a one-time link to it. We keep the email address and a record of when you signed in.

We keep a log of changes to listings, approvals, and purchases, so we can tell who changed what and when.

buyTexian is operated by Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc. under license from the Texas Nationalist Movement, Inc., which runs TEXIAN. To check that a business owner has taken the Declaration, buyTexian asks TEXIAN a yes-or-no question about the owner's email address. To show an offer meant for Declared Texians, we send you to TEXIAN to sign in, and TEXIAN sends back only yes or no. We keep the answer and the time we asked. We never receive TEXIAN's member lists or profiles, and we never give member information to businesses or advertisers.

We email you sign-in links, notices about your listing (approvals, changes, offers, and billing), and, if your business was listed before the move, an invitation to manage it. We do not add you to a newsletter.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep your Stripe customer number and the status of your subscription. We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Email is sent through Mailgun. Maps load from OpenFreeMap. Videos on Featured listings load from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode or from Vimeo with tracking turned off, and only when the page shows one. The site runs on servers we operate.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and one that remembers for seven days whether TEXIAN confirmed you as a Declared Texian. Neither holds your name or your TEXIAN account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages.

We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal, though there is nothing for it to turn off.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar laws, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and get a copy. Email us and we will answer within 45 days. You can edit or remove your listing from your account yourself.

buyTexian is for businesses and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
